Taste of Tri-Lakes Cares Restaurant Participation
The Taste of Tri-Lakes Cares (TOTLC) is more than just a culinary event; it’s a celebration of community, compassion, and local resilience. Sip, taste, and meet fellow chefs as they showcase their cuisine.
It’s a bit of a twist on previous years as it allows you to spotlight your favorite dish and engage with guests without the pressure of being confined to a particular ingredient! Keeping with tradition, we will still have a vote for the crowd favorite. With the collaboration of our community, this event serves a powerful reminder of the essential role Tri-Lakes Cares plays in our region, helping individuals and families in need.
Sounds fun, we want to showcase our dish!

Helpful Restaurant Participant Information
Is there a Mystery Ingredient this year?
As a nod to the Taste event of previous years, we will offer an optional friendly competition using a mystery ingredient from Tri-Lakes Cares’ pantry. The mystery ingredient will be provided to you one week prior to the event. Only three samples are needed if you choose to participate in this portion of the event. And yes, a winner will be named!
Marketing Promotion of the Event
- Promotion of your Restaurant: We’ll showcase your logo on our website, social media (Facebook: 3K followers, Instagram: 1K followers), and our e-newsletter (2,000+ subscribers). Advertisements for the event are planned for local newspapers and flyers will be placed around the Tri-Lakes area.
- A True Community Event: With a guest list of 300-350 attendees- you’ll gain exposure to a broad spectrum of potential diners, and have the chance to be voted crowd favorite!
