Preventing homelessness
Housing Helping Hand
Getting a Hand-Up
Hardships Can Happen without a Back-Up Plan
From keeping a roof over your head to paying an overdue electric bill, Tri-Lakes Cares will assist with navigating life circumstances with a plan toward stability. All housing assistance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we try to accommodate as many requests as possible, financial assistance is not guaranteed.
