Other Support from Tri-Lakes Cares

“Accepting Help is Its Own Kind of Strength.”

- Kiera Cass

No one person has the same needs. Our goal is to offer the type of support that meets you where you are today. We have thoughtful programs throughout the year, from reading books to holiday gifts.

Holiday Support

Helping you celebrate the season

When finances are tight, it isn't easy to plan for the holidays on top of all the day-to-day expenses. With the help of our generous community, we can provide a little holiday cheer.

Holiday Meals

We provide food to those facing hardship during the holiday season. We will supply you with all the essentials for a festive meal.

Details are announced in November.

Giving Tree

The Giving Tree program helps provide holiday gifts to youth (ages 0-17) and seniors (60+). Request cards are placed on trees throughout the local community.

Pre-registration is required, so please speak with your Case Manager.

Financial Counseling at Tri-Lakes Cares

Promoting Stability

Financial Counseling and Personal Growth

Thanks to a partnership with local banking representatives, we offer financial counseling to people during our Market Hours. The Pikes Peak Library District is also on hand at various times throughout the month to provide resources, promote literacy, and foster imagination. Check with your Case Manager to schedule a visit.

Investing in Children

Making Learning Fun!

Books for Kids

Books for Kids

Through our collaboration with Covered Treasures Bookstore, we ensure that low-income children have access to high-quality reading materials, fostering literacy development. Children enrolled in the Books for Kids Program receive one age-appropriate book each month for one year.

Backpack Giveaway

Back2School Giveaway

With the support of our community, we distribute backpacks full of school supplies to our families. Distribution happens in July so that children are all set for the school year. If you have a student needing some extra supplies, please contact your Case Manager.
