Client ServicesTri-Lakes Cares provides services to individuals and families based on needs, income, household size, ages of household and location. Income guidelines are based on 50% of the area median income for our five zip code service area. Currently, our primary service area covers Monument, Palmer Lake, part of northern Colorado Springs, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and portions of Black Forest.
