Tri-Lakes Cares provides services to individuals and families based on needs, income, household size, ages of household and location. Income guidelines are based on 185% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Currently, our primary service area covers Monument, Palmer Lake, part of northern Colorado Springs, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and portions of Black Forest. (Zip codes: 80132, 80133, 80840, 80921 and parts of 80908)

Winter Weather Delays/Closures at TLC
Tri-Lakes Cares does not follow District 38 delays/closures.
Weather delays and closures will be made independently by TLC staff and announced on our website Homepage (at the top) as well as on our Facebook page by 6:00 a.m.
