The Tri-Lakes Cares community resource center is located in Monument Colorado, at 235 North Jefferson Street.  The building houses our outreach programs, food services, and the offices of the administrative staff. 

Conference Room Availability

The conference room at our facility is available to organizations and small groups.  We request a donation in exchange for use of the room.
